This Committee Agrees to such Gratuity and
Mr Treasurer is desired to pay the said Twenty
Guineas accordingly

This Committee are also of opinion to
allow such Salary for the future if the
General Court shallthink fitapprove
thereof

Injunction Granted
agt Mr Manoock


The Clerk acquainted this Committee
that the Court of Chancery have granted
an Injunction to stay the proceedings at
Law on the Ejectment brought by Mr
Mannoock for the Houses & Yards behind
the Hospitaller & Stewards Houses &
which were Leased to Dr. Mayo & Mr. Hulton
and afterwards assign'd to this Hospital
until the nearing of the Cause And that
Mr Calverly who is Mr Mannoock's Attorney
has Signify'd that Mr Mannoock is
incliueable to treat for Selling the Yards
& some of the buildings to this Hospital

Mr Trear Sr John Lade< no role > Mr Lesingham
Mr Malyn Mr Thos Hucks< no role > & Mr Barttelot
are desired & appointed to treat with Mr
Mannoock for the purchase of the
said Yards & buildings & they or any
three an empower'd to make such
agreement touching the same as they
shall think fit
