Mr. Treasurer acquinted this Committee that
the House in the Old Baily now held by
Johnson under Mrs. Esther Athey< no role > has been View'd
and appears to be now let to Johnson at the
rate of £50 P Ann but is much out of repair &
Notice ought to be given to Mrs. Athey to repair
the same.

Order'd That the Clerk do get a particular
of Mr. Porter of what repairs are in cumbent on the
Lesser and then give Notice to her to have such
repairs done.
