Janry read and approved.

John Whitehead< no role > Servant to Richd. Gee< no role > Esqr
the Impropriator of Orpington who lately Carryed
away as Tyth a Small Parcel of Fire Wood
Cleft out of some Pollard Trees there And the
Said Whitehead declared that he took the said
Wood Through ignorance and unknown to his
Master who he said was very angrey with him
for so doing

Order'd That the Clerk do write to the
said Mr Gee that the Governors of this Hospital
do insist upon his makeing Satisfaction for
the said Wood so taken away and also upon his
paying the Charges of advising with Counsel
and other Charges Occassiond by the wrongful
taking away the said Wood and that the said
Mr Gee do declare in Writing his disapproba-
tion of the wrong done by his Servant
