Minutes of last Grand Committee
held 17th September last was read and
approved

Mr John Innever< no role > attended to treat for
Clay Tye farme and promissed to procure
an Estimate of the Charge of such repares
and Building as he dessires to have done
and attend the next Grand Committee

Mr: Sampel attended to treat about
the House he held in the Old Baily which
matter is defered till the next Grand
Committee & in the mean time he is to
procure an Estimate of the repaires wanting

Mr. Thomas Smith< no role > attended and proposed
to give £12 P Ann rent & £830 fine for a lease
of 21 Year's of the two houses in Old Change
now held by Mrs. Webster which was
rejected.
