The Widdow Boyce, & John Blencow< no role > , Apothecary under
3. several Leases at the Yearly Rent of £14. in the whole
(which will all expire at Michas 1728) Proposed to pay the Old
Ground rents Tax free and to put the premisses into
substantial repaire at her own Charge and to pay a Fine
of £200. for a Lease of 21. Years to Commence from the
expiration of the Present Leases which proposal was
likewise adjourned to the next Committee And Ordered
that the said Mrs. Fewtrell have Notice thereof and it is
referred to Mr. Treasurer Mr Sawbridge Mr Barttelott
Mr. Gee Mr. Joseph Townsend< no role > & Mr. Howard or any Two
of them to view these Houses and also the Two Houses
now in Mrs. Denhams Possession in the mean time and
to report to this Committee in what Condition they find
the same with respect to repairs.

Mr. Saml. Parkes< no role > Tennt . of Two Houses near Ivy
Lane in Pater noster Row at £70. P Ann Proposed to
take a New Lease thereof for 21. Years to commence
from Midsumer last (when his former Lease expired)
At the Old Rent of £70. P Ann Tax free and to put the
premisses into substantial repaire at his own Charge
He being Allowed by the Governrs. £140. towards the doing
thereof Which Proposal was not Accepted But referred
to Mr. Treasurer to settle with the said Mr Parkes the
sum to be allowed him towards Repaires and to Agree
with him for a Lease thereof

Minutes of last Grand Committee read & Confirmed

Mr. Treasurer Acquainted the Committee That
Thomas Raine< no role > Woodreeve of Orpington Woods in
Kent is grown very Old and incapable of doing his
Duty as Woodreeve there for the future And that
One John Goldsmith< no role > who lives near to the said
Woods had been recomended as a proper Person to
be Woodreeve in the room of the said Thomas Raine< no role >
And then read an Accot. from the said John Goldsmith< no role >
of the Trees like to be come Timber proper to stand &
of what are now proper to be felled in the said Woods
