Sub Comittee 26 o. August 1709
Trears Office

Mr Cole
Mr. Mount

Agreed to Waite on Mr Sheppard to know how he'l Base to Apply
the £50. paid to Mr. Trear Eyre: 3o. June 1706 for which Mr. Trear
gave his promisory note.

As to the Objeccon to the private Accompt between Mr
Trear & Mr. Finch of the Hospll. Cash.

They have Examined the matter of Mr. Skynners Legacy, & Shirt
the £50. paid to Finch. 6. Apr. 1706 was by that Legacy only
and that two sumes of £50 were not pd him that Day.

They have Examined into Mr. Halsells Note for £40. and
think the Bank Books should be Searched, the matter
appearing at present very Doubtfull.

As to Mrs. Hobby's Legacy, they find Mr. Trear hath not
Entred it as recd in his private Cash Book, tho' his duely
Entred in the Hospll. Cash Book and therefore think the
Ballance of the Trears Cash Accompt in his private Cash
Book will be Increased £100. by this Legacy.

And they are of the like Opinion as to the: £100 pd. Finch
5 o. Febr. 1708. by Atwills note, which appeares to have been
recd by Mr. Trear for Esqr . Beckfords Legacy, but that
Legacy tho' duely Entred in the Hospll. Cash Book is not
Entred in Mr. Trears private Cash Book.

The Hospll: Cash Book an the Duplicate thereof
were this Day Examined from Michas 1707 to the
Day of Mr. Trears Death, and found to Agree.
