Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read
& Approved:

The Report form the Sub Comittee of
their Agreemts: made with some of the
Tennts: in Wapping & other Proceedings
there the 13th: instant, was Read &
Approved by this Comittee, And is as
followeth Vizt.

Mr: Willm Ashton< no role > Agrees to take the
House in his Possession for 21. Years form Michas next
at the Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds payable Quarterly at
the Hospitall Tax free And he is to put the House into
Good Repaire and so keep the same during the Terme at his
own Charge.

He Gave 5s. to the Poors Box.

Margarett Rogers Proposes £16. P Ann Tax Free for a
Lease of the House in her Possession for 21. Years from
Michas next and to put the House into good Repaire and
keepe the same so at her Charge during the Terme which was
not thought sufficient. And Warning was Given by
Mr. Trear by Direction of the Sub Committee to Mrs. Rogers to
Leave her House at Lady Day next.

Thomas Newby< no role > Agrees to take a Lease of the House new
the Possession of the Widdow Jeffs for 21. Years from Michas
next at £20. P Ann Tax free Payable Quarterly at the Hospitall
He is to put the said House into Good Repaire at his own Charge
and so keep the same during the said Terme

He Gave 5s. to the Poors Box.
