Minutes of last Grand Committee Read and
Approved.

Mr. Trear, Mr Mayo, Mr. Lovell, Mr. Monck & Mr. Kenrick
or any Two are appointed a Sub Committee to Settle & direct
payment of Workmens Bills, and also of Law Charges
relateing to Aaron Smith of Tibshelfe.

Ordered that Mr Macky be discharged from Lady day
last as Tenant of East Feild in Mare Street in Hackney at
£10: P ann. He haveing given Warning to leave it at that
time Unless the Hospitall would Accept £8: P Ann for the
future, which the Committee will not accept of: And it is
further Ordered That the said Mr. Macky forthwith pay
the Arreares of the 10s: P Ann for his Laystall at the North
West Corner of the said Feild, due for the time past, And
also pay the same Rent for such further time as the Laystall
shall be continued.

Mr. Mores Admrs.


Mr. Guilbert and Mr Gascoyne on behalfe of Mr Mores
Representatives attended and declared, That the Representan
-tives of Mr More Submitted themselves intirely to the
Judgment of this Committee as to what Satisfaccon shall
be made for the Demands upon them by reason of Mr Mores
Breach of Covenant in plowing the Lands at Bewick
contrary to his Lease and for not paying his Fine according
to Agreement, And then withdrew.Whereupon
the Committee took the whole matter into Consideracon and
Resolved upon the following proposalls (vizt)

That Mr. Mores Representatives pay all the Hospitalls
Law charges and Charges about Surveys.

That they pay Interest for such part of the Fine as was
not duly paid according to Agreement: which Mr More
promised in his Lifetime : But the Hospitall waves
Interest for the Arreares of Rent tho' Promised by him
That all wants of Reparacon in the Mansion House &
other Buildings upon the Estate be forthwith Substan-
-tially amended and Repaired.

That the Manner of laying down the Lands which have
been plowed contrary to the Lease and Sowing them with
proper Grass Seed for the better Recovery & Improvmt.
there of be perticularly Settled and performed
accordingly.

And lastly That altho' the Damage upon a very Dillingent
Examinacon appeares to be £314: or Upwards, The Comittee
are pleased to Remill a Morety of it; And Mr. Mores
Representatives
