Ordered that the Clerke of this Hospitall
doe from time to time due & prosecute by
Ejectmt: or otherwise as the [..] Case shall require
All such Tennts: as are [..] or shall be a Yeare or upwards in
Arreareor shall beunless where Pticuler Orders or
direccons be given for ferbearance by the Trear or
Comittee:

Ordered that a Comittee be appointed to sell & dispose
of the underwoods at Hastingleigh & other places in
Kent, And thereupon the Trear. Mr. Brownsmith
Mr: Cartwright Mr. Dep Tooley Mr. Gray Mr: Evans &
Mr. Taylor were named for the sd Comittee and
they or any Three of them have power to sell
the sd Underwoodsand doeupon such Terms as
they shall think fitt, and to Report their proceedings
to this Comittee.

Report made by the Comittee appointed to dispose
of the Underwoods at Hostingleigh & other Places
in Kent of their Proceedings therein Read and
the Sole of Culverhill Wood & Richard & Brids
Wood to John Kingsford< no role > Esqr . therein reported approved
& Confirmed. And the matters contained in the
Report relateing to Underwood & Timber Fell'd by
Sr: Wm. Honeywood referred to the next Comittee.

Ordered that a Letter be sent to Mr: Kingsford to
desire him to imploy some fitt person to View the wood
Felld last Yeare by Sr. Wm. Honeywood< no role > and to take
an acct. of the Number if Timber Trees these Cutt downe
and to endeavour to see the sd Timber Trees and to
Measure the same and send an Acct: thereof to the Trear.

Mr: Trear. Reported that he had discoursed with the
person who proposes to give £300: to this Houses being
