and not otherwise with the usuall Sallary & perquisity, the
observing all such Rules & Orders as are or that be made by this
Court of the Comittee in relacon: to the sd office. which he

[..] Benj: Hooper< no role > Mr: Anthony Green< no role > & Mr. Joseph Thompson< no role > , were
appointed Auditors to Joyne with the four standing Auditor
of this Hosptl: to Auditt Mr. Treasurr: Accompl for the
yeare ending at Michas 1704:

Generall. Court. Ven: 23nd: Nov: 1705:

Sr: Robert Clayton< no role > our president being very Ill, and not
Able to Attend this Court, [..] Sr: Witten Gore< no role > (the Eldest
Alderman here present) was desired to [..] take
the Chaire, which he did accordingly.

Then the Orders & proceedings of the Lost Generall Court
were Read Approved & Confirmed.

The Report from the Grand Comittee of their proceedings
since the 22 of September, 1704, being the last Generall Court was Read in the Words following
vizt: (Put Report Verbatim.)

And a Debate Arising thereupon touching the person Recomended
by the Comittee to be chosen one of the Surgeory forto Cutt for the
Stone in this Hospitall.

Resolved that [..] it is the Opinion of this Court there Should
be Two Surgeons in played in this Hosptl. in that Operacon, [..]
Then the peticons of Mr. James Ferne< no role > & Mr. John Samber< no role > Loverally
praying to be Admitted to performe that operacon in the Roome
of Mr. Wm. Pepper< no role > decd were Read and some Testinomialls
behalf of the sd Mr. Bamber were also Read and Doctor
Mead one of our Physicians was Called in & Asked severall
