the Same dureing the pleasure of this Court &
not otherwise with the Sallary of Twenty pounds
P ann And he is personally to Visitt & Administer
to the poor patient in this Hospll: three dayes in a [..]
had to observe all such Rules & Orders as are or
shall be made by this Court or the Comittee for the
good Governmt. of this Hosptl. do the due providing
for the [..] which he promised in Open Court to
Observe & performe accordingly

And then this Court proceedings to the Elecon of a
Surgeon in the roome of Mr. Thomas Elton< no role > lately
[..] Tho severall peticons of Mr. James Wasse< no role >
[..] Middleton Mr. Stanton Mr: Talman Mr:
Mr: Anne Herne< no role > Mr: Woodward Mr: John
ground
< no role > the Wm: John Davis< no role > All Examined & Approved Surgeons were Read praying to be
Admitted for the sd. Place And after severall
Reduicons the sd. James Ferne< no role > was freely Elected
& chosen [..] & accordingly at this Court was Admitted
to be One of the Surgeons of this Hospll: in the
roome if the sd. Mr: Elton To hold the same
dureing the pleasure of this Court & not otherwise
with the usuall Sallary, he Observing [..]
[..] All such Rules & Orders as are or shall be
made by this Court or the Comittee for the
good Governmt. of this Hospll: and the due
providing for the poor which he promised in
Open Court to observe & performe accordingly.
