I recd: Yours of the 9th: with the Account: of Mr: Sankeys: suffering
his lives and Lambs to run. were. they ought. not: I should be glad You. would let me
know as soon as You can what damage they have done to the Woods and will then get
our Attorney to write to Mr: Sankey about it I know nothing more to be done in this
Affair.

In Answer to Yours of the 3 Inst to Mr. Flight
I am to acquaint You that the Estate at Milton is now
the property of the Governors of this Hospital, and
that the Grand Committe will meet on Tuesday next
precisely at Eleven oClock in the Founoon. when
You may Apply for a Lease of the said Estate but
if you have any thoughts of becoming their Tenant
you must give a Larger rent. and take a Leave for
21 Years and that you must Insured, from those
Accidents you mention. as the Hospital never do
