Sir

By the Treasurer's Order this is to acquaint
you that the delaying to Rebuild your house in Wapping
especially the Party wall next Mr: Todd's prevents his
Workmen begining Mr: Treasurer desires you will order
your Bricklayer to be set to work directly, or else give
an order in Writing to Mr: Todd to begin the party
wall and that you will pay half the Value of the
same. when it is finished.If you delay any Conger
it will prevent the Grand Committee taking your
case into consideration when your house shall be
tyled in; which they have resolved to do. to all who shall
comply with their plan

Sir

I have sent so often to your House for the Rent
due to this Hospital and it is I find so difficult to meet
with you that I am obliged to this method to Request
you will send the Money to me at the Counting House
in this Hospital for two years Rent due at Michs 1765
being £30. and 2/8 for the Acquit: I desire you will send
it immediately as I want to Close the Accot: of the
1765 which will prevent my going, on the Premisses
