Mr. Howard having receive'd your letter about
Mr Fletchers taking the Cole Delf how held by Samuel
Parsons< no role >
the same was laid before the Grand
Committee whereupon I had directions to write
to the Hospital Agent to know the Circumstance
of that affair which I have accordingly done and
I was directed to trouble you with a line to request
a full proposal of what Mr. Fletcher would offer
If you please to intimate this to him and favour
me with a Speedy Answer this matter will be
considered by the Committee and proper resolutions
taken therein I take this opportunity of
presenting you my humble Service and assuring
you I am

I am directed by the Grand Comittee
of this Hospital to desire you will let me know in
what condition the Cole Delf is which Mr. Parsons
holds, and in what circumstance he is as to
continuing tenant, and as his term is now
but short pray mention your opinion what
may be proper to do with respect to enlarging
the term if a good tenant shall offer Don't
forget to tell me what Mr. Parsons is in arrear
both as to this Farm and the Defts
