the said alteration in the said Building
hath neglected so to do
contrary to the meaning and intention of the
before mentioned Act of Parliament and that in
consequence of such neglect this Deponent his
Workmen and Servants were obliged to deseit
from compleating the said Work by the fear of
doing what the said John Hale< no role > as such Surveyor
as aforesaid might have said was wrong and
the penalty attach'd thereto which the necessary
attendance of the said John Hale< no role > as such
Surveyor as aforesaid would have prevented
And this Deponent lastly saith that from
the aforesaid neglectedof the said John Hele< no role >
he the said David Sands< no role > was compell'd to desist
from proceeding in the said Buildings & Erections
which are in consequence thereof now standing
without a roof and in an unsensh'd state and
that the said premises are greatly in decay
and which is much to the wrong and injury
of the said David Sands< no role >
