without the free licence and concent of the said
John Hole< no role > as such Surveyor as aforesaid And
Accordingly that he this Deponent and his
Workmen did withdraw from working on
the said Building and Premises and have not
since Proceeded to work on the same or
any Part thereof for the reasons before
alledged
