To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish
of Hampton in the County of Middlesex
and to the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the [..]
of Sixtmonton in the
County of Hants

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us, two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace , acting in and for the said County,
(one whereof is of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Hempton that
Sarah Daper< no role > Wife of William Dyer< no role >
gone from her) & her two Children
(Vizt, Charles< no role > aged four [..] & an half
and Harriot< no role > aged twelve Month
came into the said parish of Hampton lately intruded, and
and are become chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premisses upon Oath and
other circumstances, do adjudge the same to be true, and do also adjudge
the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Sarah Dyer< no role >
& her Said two Children
to be in the [..] Tytting of Sidmonton
in the County of Hants

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to require you the
said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Hampton on fight hereof, to remove
and convey the said Sarah Dyer< no role > & her said two
Children
from out of your said Parish of Hampton
to the said parish of Sidmonton
and them deliver unto the Churchwardens, and Overseers of the Poor
there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true
Copy hereof, who are hereby required to receive and provide for [..]
according to Law. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals
this 15th Day of June1799
