William Biss< no role > of the Hay Markett in the parish of saint Mar [..]
in the fields in the County of Middlesex Grocer maketh Oath [..]
saith that the above named George Tinkler< no role > being indicted f [..]
assaultues his wife this Deponent and on [..] Gibson were
prevailed upon to enter into a recognizance at may sessions last [..]
for the Appearance of the said J George Tinkler< no role > at the last [..]
Sessions to try his traverse upon the said Indictment and [..]
this Deponent saith that soon after the said recognizances [..]
entered into the said George Tinkler< no role > was committed if the King [..]
Bench prison for Debt and this Deponent not their [..]
to made to be persceed to satisfy the said recognizance
did not produce him at the said Sessions
