Richard Kempton< no role > if the parish of Saint Anne West [..]
the County of Middlesex Shoemaker maketh Oath and saith that
on or about he twenty ninth day of Agust last this [..]
and James Thompson< no role > [..] and also John Hawthorn< no role > [..]
such a recognizance to prosecute to and give evidence against
to above named Defendant for keeper as the present session
for keeping and maintaining a disordered House in the [..]
parish and caused a warrant to be issued against him
And this Deponent saith that immediately thereupon the
Defendant abscended and the endeavours have been made
apprehended him 4 can not be taken and that [..] that
period the Hour where the offence was committed [..] been
in a great measure Street up and the no disorder abated
