the Oath of the said Elizabeth Foskett< no role > as
otherwise, do hereby Adjudge him the said
John Butler< no role > to be the reputed Father of the said
Male Bastard Child And thereupon we do Order
as well for the better relief of the said Parish of
Christ Church as for the Sustentation and Relief of
the said Male Bastard Child, that the said John Butler< no role >
shall and do forthwith, upon Notice of this our
Order Pay or cause to be paid to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Christ Church
or to some or one of them the sum of Six Shillings
for And towards the Maintenance
of the said Male Bastard Child to the Time of
Making this our Orders And We do also hereby
further Order that the said John Butler< no role > Shall and do
likewise pay or cause to be paid to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Christ Church for the Time being
or to some of one of them the Sum of two Shillings and six pences
Weekly, And every Week, from this Present
Time for and towards the Keeping sustentations
and Maintenance of the said Male Bastard
Child for and during so long time as the said
Male Bastard Child & shall the chargeable to
[..] Parish of Christ Church And We do
further Order, that the said Elizabeth Foskett< no role > shall do
Also Pay or cause to be paid to the said
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Christ Church for the Time being
or to some or one of them the Sum of six pence
Weekly and every Week so long as the said
Males Bastard Child shall be Chargeable to
the same, in case she shall not [..] and
take Care of the said Child himself
