Declaration, provided such mode be
Sanctioned by the Approbation of
Magistrates.

That as such Parishes have in General
Treasurers it would save trouble, if
the Magistrates should deem it expedcent,
to Signify their Approbation of such
mode of Payment

All which Matters is are humbly
submitted to the Consideration of the Court
