James Westminster in the County of Middlesex Attorney
for the Defendants above named Maketh Oath and
saith [..] he was present and Did see Sarah Knowles< no role >
the above named Prosecutrix Sign Seal and Deliver as
her Act and Deed the Release written on the other side
of this Street of paper And this Deponent further Saith that
the names J: Fletcher G. Warburton and Issac Set and
Subscribed as Witnesses thereto are the Proper hand writings
respectively of J: Fletcher (the Attorney for the said Prosecutrix
