The Humble Petition and
Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Woughton in
the County of Buckingham

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order
under the hands and Seals of Stephen Cosser< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and
Joseph Moser< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex (One whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty ninth
day of March last past whereby Susannah
Jennings< no role > and Jane Jennings< no role > the Children of
Thomas Jennings< no role > a Private Soldier in the first
Regiment of Foot Guards were removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Margaret in the said City and Liberty of Westminster
to the said Parish of Woughton as the place of their
last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves aggrieved

They therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication and
Order
