Memorandum that Mr Powell produced at the
Petty Sessions held at the female Charity School on the thirteenth day of
august one thousand seven hundred and ninety eight a Bill for the
Expences of the Committee appointed to oppose the assessed Tax Bill at
the Blue Posts Charlotte Street amounting to}

mentioned in the said appeal to be contained in the said account vizt.

Ordered that the said John Powell< no role > do forthwith pay and deliver unto his
successors the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of
Saint Pancras or to some or one of them the said several Sums so
remaining in His Hands and disallowed as aforesaid amounting to
the sum of Thirty nine Pounds three shillings and three pence.
