A Dependant House cannot say he was present on the thirtieth Day of July last in sure he did not shift
On the Cluie Night in July that he was then six Weeks age come next Monday being the thirteenth of
August is positive there was no Gaining that Night has seen Hazand playing more than once in
the Defendants House that he was there afortnight before the Thirteenth of August and then there
was hazard playing and the said Henry Cooper< no role > being so personally present before me the said
Justice and not having Sherein any sufficient Cause to the Contrary by me the said Justice then and
there called upon for that purpose the Twenty first Day of September aforesaid in the Year aforesaid
to the Publick Office aforesaid in the County aforesaid is convicted by me the said Justice of Setting up
Maintaining and keeping a certain Graudulent Game to be Determined by the Chance of Dice under
the Determination of the Game of Hazard against the four of the Statute in that Case made
ans Burned and for his Offience aforesaid hath forfeited the Sum of Two hundred Pounds to be
Distributed as the Statute aforesaid Doth Directed, In witness whereof I the said Justice to Held
present Record Conviction have set my Hand and seal at the Publick Office aforesaid
in the County aforesaid the twenty first Day of September in the Year of our Lord One thou-
sand seven hundred and ninety eight
