That the petitioners apprehended themselves to be aggrieved
by the said account and therefore appealed against the same Now upon hearin
the said appeal and what hath been alledged by the respective parties, their Counsel
and Witnesses in and concerning the presmises : It is Ordered that so much
of the said account so made and feilded by the said John Powell< no role > as follows
vizt.
