without the Knowledge Consent or approbation and against
the will of the Petitioner hath introduced strange Men to
the House of the Petitioner at unseasonable Hours and
Encouraged them to remain therein during the whole of
the Night whereby the Petitioner became very much
alarmed at such misconduct That the Petitioner in
Consequence thereof in theday of
last made Complaint to Sir William Addington< no role > Knight
and the other Sitting Majistrates at Bore Street who
Caused the said Sophia Hill to be apprehended and
brought before them who after a proper Examination
Conceiving the Complaint of the Petitioner to be will
founded ordered that the said Sophia Hill should
be committed or find Bill for her Appearance at the
next General Quarter Session to answer the said
Complaint-and therefore praying the Court to discharge the
said Sophia Hill from her service as an Apprentice Whereupon
at the Request of the said petitioner It is Ordered that the
benefit of her said Appeal should be should be saved unto
her and the hearing and determining thereof be and the same
is hereby adjourned untill the next General Session of the Peace
to be holden for this County and on notice hereof in the
mean time to be given unto the said Sophia Hill she and all
Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House
aforesaid on Thursday the thirteenth day of September next
at the hour of nine in the forennoon of the same day to
hear and abide the judgment and determination of
the said Court touching the said Appeal.
