I do hereby Certify, That a Commission or Writ or
Dedimus Potestatem, under the Great Seals of GREAT BRITAIN,
bearing Date at Westminster , the ninth Day of July
instant directed to Joseph Baldwin< no role > Esquire
John Pensam< no role > and James Abbott< no role >
Gentlemen , empowering them Jointly or severally to receive the
Oath of Stephen Cosser< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. Esquire
One of the Keepers of the Peace in the County of Middlesex
for the well and faithfully executing that Office, according to a
certain Schedule to the said Commission or Writ annexed: And
also the Oaths specified in and Act of Parliament passed in the first
Year of WILLIAM & MARY, late King and Queen of ENGLAND,
the Tenor whereof is to the said Commission or Writ also annex-
ed, is with a Certificate thereon indorsed, under the Hand of
