taking on the Nineteenth day of May last One Penny as and for and by way of
Profit upon Three Shillings lent and advanced upon a certain pawn or pledge of a
Gown and Handkerchief Pledged with the Petitioner by one Thomas Showell< no role >
in the

on the Eighteenth day of the said Month of May contrary to
the Statute Do-stand adjourned until the next General Session of the Peace to be
holden for this County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the
said William Bleamire Esquire he and all persons concerned do attend the Court at
the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the Thirteenth day of September next at the
hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of the said Court touching the said appeal
