The Examination of William Henry
Coak
< no role > a Rogue & Vagabond taken before
me this 27th. day of June 1798 .

Who being on Oath says that he is about
Thirty four Years of Age, was born at Poynton near
Horncastle in the County of Lincoln , are was brad to
the Farming business-Says that he has been in
London about Four Years, Since which he husband
for upwards of two Years two Houses in Featherstone
Street Old Street in the Parish of St Luke in the
said County at the Years rent of Forty Pounds, in
Which said Houses he kept a Potatoe Warehouse
and carried on business as such And further
says that since he quitted the same he hath not
done any Act whereby to gain a Settlement in
any other Parish of Place.
