Take notice that I the abovenamed Defendant do
intend Personally to be and appear at the next
Genneral Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden
in and for the said County of Middlesex at the
Session house Situate on Clerkenwell Green on
Tuesday the 17th of April next at Ten of the Clock
in the forenoon of the same day and then and that
take my Tryal on the Plea of not Guilty to the
bill of Indictment preferd and found by you
against me in this Prosecution
