of London Gentleman Maketh Oath and
saith that he this Deponent did on the
Fifteenth day of February last Personally
serve the above named Prosecutor with a
Copy of Notice of Tryal hereto anexd by
Delivering the same to him in Swan Street
Minories in the City of London and
this Deponent further saith that the
said Notice of Tryal hath not been
Countermanded to the Knowledge on belief
of This deponent
