above Purpose of vesting such necessary Power in the Hands of Magistrates, and
also to all the other Members in the County, requesting their Support to such
Bill.

ORDERED, That the above Resolutions be entered among the Records of
the Sessions, and that the Clerk of the Peace do, as soon as possible, transmit a
Copy thereof to every acting Magistrate within the West-Riding, and also that
he do make out a sufficient Number of Copies for the County Members, and
for all the Members within the County, to be transmitted to them as above
directed.

ORDERED, That a Copy of the Resolutions be transmitted to the Clerks
of the Peace of the different Counties in England and Wales , and that they be
requested to lay the same before the next Michaelmas Quarter Sessions of their
respective Counties.
