Rogers do consider in what Manner
the said or Bridge might be made more safe
and commodious for the Publick us
and an Estimate of the Expence wch
would necessarily Attend such
Improvemt & repair of the said Bridge
and that he do lay the same log
with the Report of his Opinion
thereon before this Court on the
County Day of the next Sessn

The Resd Dr Glasse Laid before the Court the
Report of the Prison Committeeof The New
House of Correctionand the same being Read as
follows
ordered That the same Report be received & Confined

Upon which it was Moved that
it is expedient that in case as
House should be built for the Garden
of the New House of Correction
at Clerkenwell That there Shod
be an Outward Communication
