Rule 25th

To demand of every person committed for safe custody
only, and not in execution, requiring to be lodged in
a better manner that the rest of the Prisoners, and
able to pay for a Bed, the Sum of One shilling per
Night; and to keep one or more beds always fit for all,
in case such beds should be wanted With respect
to Liquor for such Person, to a here strictly to Rule
