the General and General Quarter Session of the Peace for this County
and also of the Session of oyer and Terminer

The Consideration of the Presentment against the
County of Middlesex for Not Repairing the Bridge called
Baber Bridge in the Parish of East Bedfont in this County
being Resumed and the following Letter being laid before this
Court and Read vizt.ResolvedOrdered That mr Rogers the County
Surveyor be directed to make an Accurate Survey of the Repairs
necessary and wanting at the said Bridge and also an Estimate of
the Expence of doing the same& say the same before the Court on the
County Day of the next Sessionandbehaviethat the said Surveyor do consider in what manner the said
