To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace for
the said County Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish
of Saint Anne within the Liberty of Westminster
the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order under the
Hands and Seals of William Bleamire< no role > , and Aaron
Graham< no role > , two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster and
County aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 17th: day of November last Mary< no role >
the Illegitimate Child of Elizabeth East< no role > Singlewoman
aged upwards of twelve Months, was removed
and Conveyed from and out of the parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn above Bars in the aforesaid
County to the parish of Saint Anne as the place
of her last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against the
Adjudication of the said two
Justices
