London Gentleman maketh Oath and saith that he this
Deponent was present and did see Thomas Smith< no role > of Bethnal
Green in the County of Middlesex Gentleman the Prosecutor above
named duly sign and seal and as his Act and Deed deliver
the Deed of Release hereunto Annexed And that the Name
Thomas Smith< no role > Appearing thereto subscribed is of the Proper
hand writing of the said Thomas Smith< no role > And this Deponent
further saith that the Names I Dalton and Benjn. Clever< no role >
Appearing thereto subscribed as Witnesses Attesting the
Execution thereof are of the Respective proper hand writing
of this Deponent and of Mr I Dalton of Spital field
in the said County of Middlesex Gentleman.
