Gentleman maketh Oath that he was present
and did see Ann Reynolds< no role > the Prosecutrix sign
seal and as her Act and Deed deliver the within
written Deed Poll or General Release and that the
name Ann Reynolds< no role > set and subscribed opposite
Seal of the said Deed Poll or General Release is of
the Proper Hand Writing of the said Ann Reynolds< no role >
And this Deponent further saith that the names
Signation of Thos. Holloway< no role > and John Gregson< no role >
set and subscribed thereto as the Witnesses a Nesting
the Execution thereof are of the respective proper
