defendant Maketh Oath and Saith That a Bill of
Indictment was prefered and found assist the above
named defendant at the last General Quarter Session
of the Peace at the instance of the above named
John Rogers< no role >
for an Assault and Battery, and that the
said defendant did at the said General Quarter Session
of the Peace plead not Guilty thereto and enter into
Recognizance personally to be and appear at the present
General Session of the Peace and try the Traverse
thereon and this Deponent further saith that the said
John Rogers< no role >
hath agreed to settle his Difference with
the Said William Lumley< no role >
and to drop his said Prosecution
for Which Purpose the said John Rogers< no role >
hath Consented to
execute a General release And this deponent further
Saith that the Name "J. Rogers" appearing to the
General release hereto Annexed is of the Proper hand
Writing of the above Named John Rogers< no role >
the Prosecutor
herein and that the Name "I Henson" subscribed
as Witness thereto is of the Proper hand Writing of
