To the Right Worshipful his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their Quarter Sessions of
the Peace Assembled-

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint John in the Town of Huntingdon
in the County of Huntingdon.

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of P Colquhoun and Wm. Brodie< no role > two of
his Majestys Jsutices of the Peace in and for the County of
Middlesex aforesaid(one whereof being of the Quorum)
Thomas Young< no role > was removed and conveyed from and out
of the Parish of Tottenham High Cross in the said County
of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint John in the Town of
Huntingdon aforesaid as the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said Thomas Young< no role > whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

At the General Quarter Session
of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden in and for the County of
Middlesex at the Session House
for the said County onTuesday
thefifthday of December in the
Thirty eight Year of the Reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the third
King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Order by this Court that the Churhcwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Tottenham High Cross
in this County have Notice of the above Appeal and that they
and all Persons concerned do attend this Court on Thursday
next the Seventh day of December Instant at the hour
of Nine o'Clock in the forenoon of the same Day to hear and
Abide the Judgement and Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal
