our Lord the King holden in and for the County
of Middlesex at the Session House for the
said County on Monday the 4th: day of December
in the 38th: Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes in the said County of Middlesex
have Notice of the this Appeal and that they
and all Persons concerned do attend this Court
on Thursday the 7th: day of December instant
at the hour of ten in the forenoon to hear and
abide the Judgment and determination of
the said Court touching the said Appeal
