It is Ordered that the within named Patrick Col-
quhoun< no role > Esquire have Notice of his Appeal and that
he and all other persons concerned do attend the Court
here on Thursday next the 7th. day of December Instant
at the Hour of Ten in the forenoon of the same day
to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of the said Court touching the said Appeal
