a Rogue the Vagabond, taken on Oath before me
one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and
for the said County of Middlesex , this 4
Day of November in the Year of our
Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Six
Who on Oath saith, That he hath heard and
believes he was born at Sea
and since that Time this Examinanthath done no
Act whereby to gain a subsequent Settlement in any
otherParish of Place, to the best of h is Knowledge
and Belief.
