Sirs
I wrote to you some time back to acquaint you that
it was impossible same to make an Equal assessment upon the Hundred of
Elthorme till I was informed of the full amount of the Rents
of you parish for the year 1795 and an surprised that I have not
received an answer. It is therefore necessary same to require that
you immediately [..] send me the accer [..] denied and I must
inform you that mayDelayneglect on your part will be the means
of enhancing the [..] assesment, upon your parish as I have this Day
received notice that unless thematter [..] Monies are immediately
Collectedapplication will be made to the court of Bench
to Compel the [..] the Court of Kings Bench will be Moved [..]
against the parties who occasion the Delay
