WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor or the Parish of

Have at this present Session
Exhibited their Petition and appeal setting forth That by virtue of an order of Removal
under the Hands and Seals of G. Mercer and J. Meran Esquires
two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middlesex

the Wife of

and their three Children namely Mary< no role >
aged Six Years, Eleanor< no role >
aged near Four Year and Ann< no role >
aged Fourteen Months were removed form the Parish of
Saint Marylebone
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Ivy Church
the said Justices adjudging that to be the last legal settlement of the said Joyce Panktrust
and her said three Children; whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggreived
Now, upon hearing the said Appeal, and what been alledged by the respective
Churchwarens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parishes their Counsel and Witnesses
in a concerning the Premises. IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the
same is hereby dismissed, and that the said Order of the said two Justices be, and the same is
hereby confirmed; And IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Try Church do maintain
and provide for the said Joyce pankhurst< no role >
and their said three Children
until they can gree themselves from the Charge therefore by due course of Law.
