and for the County of Middlesex at the
session House for the said County on

Esquire have Notice of the within appeal and that he
and all person concerned do attend this Court on
Thursday next at nine o'Clock in the Forenoon to
hear and abide the Judgment and determination
of the said Court touching the said appeal
