William Lancaster< no role > of Plumb Tree Street aforesaid when he this
Deponent was informed by one William Wright< no role > who said he
was a Journeyman to the said William Lancaster< no role > that the said
that the said Jane Walter< no role > was gone into the Country and that
She would not [..] Fortnight or thereabouts And the
other Deponent James Turner< no role > for himself with that he did or
Thursday the Twentieth instant personally serve Mr Ashfield
the Solicitors For the above named Prosecution with a Countermand
of the Notice of Trial in the said Prosecution for the want of
the Testimony of a Material Witness on behalf of the said
Defendant by delivering and leaving the same with him at his
House in Brownlow Street in the Parish of Saint Giles's in
the Fields in the said County of Middlesex , And this
Deponent lastly saith that he did on the same day
Personally serve the said Prosecutrix with a like
Countermand & Notice of Trial by delivering the Same
the same to her at the Police Office in Hatton Garden
in the said County of Middlesex
