and Saint Luke at Chelsea ; under an Act of Parliament, passed in the Fourteenth Year of his present
Majesty's Reign, for the better Regulation of Buildings and Party-walls, and more effectually pre-
venting Maschiefs by Fire; do make Oath and say, I have surveyed two second Rate
Hames erected by Mr John Golden< no role > on the North Side
on Gintford Street Saint Pancras which to the be best of my
Knowledge and Belief are conformable to the said Act.
