before any Coercive me afords were
used to reduce the prisoners to advice
sense of their Duty That in consequence
he did Attend at the said prison forthwith
where he found the prisoners in a
mutinous and disorderly state in the Chapel that
he inquired whether theprisonershad
any just Cause of Complaint and
